Identity data: full name.

Contact data: email address, phone number.

Customer transaction data: contact form subject and message content.

Transaction security data: form completion time and security check response (to detect bot traffic).

Responding to visitor inquiries and providing information about our consulting services.

Establishing and performing a potential consulting engagement.

Communication management consistent with applicable commercial-message legislation.

Limited transaction security processing to prevent bot traffic and abusive form submissions.

Data is collected electronically through the contact form on our website.

Legal bases include KVKK Article 5/2-c (directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract) and KVKK Article 5/2-f (legitimate interest of the data controller without harming the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject), alongside Article 5/1 (explicit consent).

Form data is processed via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a US-based service; an international transfer is therefore involved. This transfer is strictly necessary for the performance of the service.

Transfers may be made to competent public authorities when required by law.

Personal data is retained only for the period required by the processing purposes, within the limits of applicable legislation. The standard retention period for form data is 2 years from the last communication.

You have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information about processing; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used consistent with that purpose; know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction; request notification of such actions to third parties; object to an outcome derived from automated processing that is adverse to you; and seek compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

You can submit requests under Article 11 in writing to kurumsal@antyonetim.com. Requests are handled within 30 days in accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 6698.
