Founder
İlker Tura combines his undergraduate and graduate education in Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Business Administration and Public Administration with more than 15 years of public-sector experience, aiming to add value to the industrial and technology ecosystem.
Between 2012 and 2026 he served at the Ministry of Industry and Technology as Assistant Inspector, Inspector and Chief Inspector, most recently as Deputy Head of the Guidance and Inspection Board for approximately 6.5 years from 2019 to 2026.
During this period he led the audit, regulatory compliance and governance coordination of Organized Industrial Zones (OIZ), Technology Development Zones, R&D and Design Centres and Industrial Zones. The deep experience accumulated in these roles is reflected directly in Ant Management’s ability to deliver solutions.
